Dove award nominated composer/arranger, Ed Kee has assembled an exceptionally talented team of creative professional Christian writers to bring to the church all the excitement and sophistication of the Broadway stage, but with a redemptive message that will stay with the audience long after the final curtain. Already a well-known and trusted name in Christian music for more than 25 years, Ed's musicals have been produced throughout the United States and Canada and have received numerous accolades for their combination of solid musical theater entertainment and biblical truth.



Our Vision

We realized that there was a need in the church for high quality Broadway-style musicals that could be performed simply, economically, and effectively by practically any group. Consequently, we determined that each of our productions would follow these guidelines:

  1. Tell an engaging story that proclaims or reflects biblical truth without being "preachy".
  2. Keep set changes to a minimum
  3. Only high quality character-driven songs with lyrics that engage the audience and propel the story forward.
  4. Songs must be written to be performed within the ability of good non-professional singers.
  5. Write for relatively small cast, but expandable for larger groups.


Ed Kee

A veteran of the Christian music record and publishing industry for more than 25 years, Ed Kee is a songwriter, arranger, producer with over 200 recorded songs, 20 musicals, two gold records, four platinum videos and 7 gold videos to his credit. As Director of A&R for Brentwood Records in Nashville, Ed has overseen the creation of the multi-million selling recordings in Brentwood's Smoky Mountain Music series, Mother Goose Gospel series, Hymnworks and Symphony of Praise series, and Brentwood Jazz series, to mention a few.

Already a familiar name to church musicians, Ed's real passion is musical theater. He longs to see quality musical theater productions developed with the church in mind. To that end, Ed has brought his creative skills as a writer, arranger, and producer together on several musical theater projects for the church. Two of the musicals, One Bethlehem Night (adult) and Once Upon a Time Shop (children), were nominated for Dove Awards. His Christmas musical, "The Gift" has received high praises from churches across the U.S. and Canada.
